Returns & Refunds policy
Effective [December, 1, 2025]
1. General Rule – All Sales Final
Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be physically
returned, all sales are final once the file/license/key has been
downloaded, viewed, or emailed to you. We do not offer refunds or
exchanges unless one of the exceptions below applies.
2. Exceptions – When We Will Refund or Replace:
We will issue a full refund or a working replacement within [14] days of purchase
if:
a. The product description on our site was materially misleading or contained a gross
error.
b. The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open on a current, properly configured
device/OS and we cannot deliver a corrected
copy within [3] business days.
c. A duplicate order or duplicate charge occurred through no fault of yours.
d. A license key or access code we provided is proven to be already
redeemed or invalid and we cannot furnish a valid replacement within [3] business days.
3. How to Request Help or a Refund:
Email support@navagatingbrokenhearts.com with:
– Order number
– Date of purchase
– Clear description of the issue (screenshots or screen-recordings are strongly
encouraged).
We will acknowledge your ticket within [1] business day and aim to resolve
it within [3] business days.
4. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will
be treated as a violation of this policy and may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Consumer-Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK
Consumer Rights Act 2015, Australian
Consumer Law), or USA Consumer Law)
6. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time; the version in force at the time of
your purchase applies to that transaction.
