RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Time Frame
• 30 days from the delivery / in-store purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
• After 30 days (up to 60 days) we offer store credit only.
• No returns after 60 days.
2. Condition Requirements
• Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Coffee mugs must be unused and in the original foam or molded sleeve.
• No odors (smoke, perfume, pet hair, etc.) or visible wear.
3. Proof of Purchase
• Receipt, gift receipt, or order confirmation email required.
• If you paid with a card we can look it up, but this may add 1–2 business days to processing.
4. Refund Method
• Original form of payment: credit back to card, PayPal, etc.
• Cash purchases under $50: cash refund.
• Cash purchases $50+: company check mailed within 5 business days.
5. Exchanges
• Same item, different size or color: free outbound shipping (U.S. only) if exchanged within 30 days.
• Different item: we treat as a return + new purchase so price differences will be charged or refunded.
6. Non-Returnables
• Final-sale/clearance items (price ending in $.97).
• Custom-printed or personalized t-shirts, hats, or mugs.
• Gift cards.
7. Return Shipping (Online Orders)
• Use the prepaid label in your parcel; $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

8. Defective or Wrong Item Sent
• Email support@navagatingbrokenhearts.com with a photo within 7 days; we’ll send a replacement plus a prepaid label to return the incorrect or defective piece at no cost.
9. Processing Time
• Refunds appear in 3–5 business days after we scan the return into our system.
